We ran an internal promotion called the Arriba Games asking employees to participate in a wide range of challenges during the two week period.
Staff took part in various challenges such as ‘Best French Baking Competition’, Recreate an iconic Moment’, ‘Arriba’s Fastest Typer’, ‘Arriba’s most sporty pet’, trivia quiz, French language quiz and much more! Employees received points for both entering and additional ones for winning, the person with the most points at the end was the winner of the medal tally. There were also ways to gain bonus points throughout the competition.
It was an incredibly fun few weeks with over 370 employees participating in the challenges.
- 1,398 points were scored throughout the period
- 447 bonus points were received
- 50 French goods were backed
- 43 iconic sports moments were created
- 16 Good News Stories were received
- 48 sporty pets were shared
- 439,349 steps were taken
- 14 daily emails were sent
- 1,709 visits to the Village (intranet hub)
We loved seeing everyone get involved and learnt just how competitive our colleagues are!
